Easy, cheap and delicious. What more could you ask for?!!

Wash the mussels thoroughly by removing the hairy bit on the side (it’s actually what takes the longest).

In a large sauce pan, melt butter, pan fry sliced garlic, sliced onions, celery (optional), add mussels and stir regularly until all mussels opens up, add one glass of dry white wine, parsley and creme fraiche, leave on heat for a couple of minutes.
